Students must be current high school juniors who plan to enter the workforce directly after graduating high school. We're looking for students with the following qualities and who have the capacity to work onsite in our Wayne, PA office:

We offer a variety of opportunities that help prepare students for their professional careers after high school. The work our students perform is extremely valuable to us and is oftentimes very similar to work performed by our full-time employees. What specific skills are you looking for?
Students should have good math and problem-solving skills, as well as good typing/keypunch skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is also helpful. Successful students should be detail-oriented, and should self-direct well enough to be able, once trained, to complete routine tasks with minimal direction. Students must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and should work well both with other students and full-time staff from diverse backgrounds and across generations.
